Day 35 Oza to Santiago de Compostela

5 September 2019

An early start this morning with a 500m vertical climb from where we were staying. We joined the camino trail at 55km to go and followed this into Santiago. It was awesome getting off the road and amongst the forest and all the walkers. We didn’t arrive until 4pm so it was a long day with 80+km and 1500m of climbing. Great to be finished.

Stats: approx 1900km and 21,000m vert climbing

My sister Dianne has traveled over from England to have a few days with us in Santiago before we fly out on Sunday.
